3. Infrared radiation heating, the cured paint film thickness is 20-50μm on the surface of the thin coating, it is difficult to cure the thick coating (50-150μm) of the bogie, the transmission parts of the cleaning machine and the inner cavity of the shell.

4. The power density method is combined with the radiation density method, so that the surface of the workpiece receives the auxiliary radiation temperature uniformly, and the thermal layout is carried out by using the profiling internal air circulation system, so that the problem can be solved.
